I would say Baby Bao is the best food I have had in Brighton so far, I have been about 6 times, I came before I even lived in Brighton at the recommendation of one of my friends, Baby Bao are in residence at The Pond serving up their take on Taiwanese street food in steamed buns and on small plates and go fully meat free every Monday. The steamed buns are delicious. I always have the Tofu classic as I don't eat meat, the meat selection looks amazing too, the value for money is great, with the steamed buns ranging from £5.50- £7.00, menu below.
They also do mac and cheese and loaded fries which are so amazing!
The pond itself is always very busy, and you cant book a table, it is bar service so the que is always quite long, but it is so worth the wait, the food is so tasty, whenever anyone comes to visit me in Brighton I always take them here.
