I love a good bottomless Brunch/ lunch, when I lived in London I used to do them a lot on a Saturday afternoon, I have only been to 2 since being in Brighton. For those of you who are not that familiar, you normally get a set menu and unlimited booze for 90 minutes or 2 hours depending on the venue. The booze is normally prosecco, but as bottomless brunches are getting more popular other alcohol is sometimes on offer such as beer and cocktails.

They are good value for money if you drink a lot like me, but they do get you very drunk, which works for me :)

I have been to the Hilton Metropole Hotel, and the Redroaster in Kemp Town, both were very good, but very different, please see below:

The Hilton Metropole Hotel

This bottomless lunch is served on a Saturday its a set menu and unlimited prosecco and bloody marys for £26.95

You get to order 1 main course, I had a salad which was quite basic, but nice, the menu changes regularly  so its worth looking on there website first.

The waitress left the bottle of prosecco on our table so we didn't have to wait to keep being topped up which I really like when you go to a bottomless, there is nothing worse than having to keep waiting for a top up if its busy and you are on limited time.

I also had a bloody mary which was very tasty and made from fresh ingredients.

I would give this a 9/ 10 for value for money, the staff were friendly and the restaurant was very pleasant with a relaxed atmosphere.

The Red Roaster

This bottomless lunch is served on Saturdays -  CHOOSE ONE OF ANY OF THE BRUNCH DISHES FROM THE MENU BELOW THEN ENJOY UNLIMITED MIMOSA’S & SPRITZ OF YOUR CHOICE.

You can also upgrade to rose prosecco of an extra £4.

I had the FISH TACOS, CRISP -FRIED HAKE, GUAC, FRESH HERB SALSA , TARTARE CREAM, FRIES. they were very tasty but the portion sizes were not very big and with unlimited drinks for 90 minutes I was quite drunk : )

The restaurant is very nice inside and they have a lovely court yard at the big which is where we sat as it was a lovely summers day.

The only criticism would be that we did have to ask for a top up of drinks a few times.

I would give this a 9/10 and will definitely go back in the summer and sit outside again.
